Marriage/Fiancee Visa-You Need One

There are a number of requirements for any foreign national desiring to live in the U.S. to be able to obtain a Marriage Visa. A marriage visa differs from a fiance visa in a number of ways, the principal difference being a marriage visa requires the foreign national to actually be married to the American citizen.

In order to obtain the marriage visa for a foreign spouse, the American citizen will need to submit the I-130 Form, the Petition for Alien Relative immigration form. After the American citizen submits the petition to the Immigration Office, the US Embassy and the National Visa Center will take care of the rest of the details. Once processing of the request has been completed and the petition approved, the foreign spouse will be permitted residence within the United States.

An IR-1, or Immediate Relative, visa permits the foreign spouse immigration rights to the U.S., and a CR-1, or Conditional Residency, visa is given to those who have been married for under 2 years. To begin the process, the American citizen should apply for a K-3 visa, which allows the foreign spouse to enter the country on a temporary basis to be with his or her spouse. The visa is usually issued within a few months of the petition being lodged, which will allow the foreign national the ability to enter the U.S. in order to complete the marriage visa process.

An additional form will need to be filled out and submitted in the Immigration Office, the I-129F, which is a petition requesting permission for the foreign spouse to enter the country. This is a remnant of the old system of handling these visa requests, but it is still vital that the form be filled out.

The requirements that must be met in order to qualify for the visa are:

* The foreign national and the American citizen must legally be married, and must be able to produce a marriage certificate validating their marriage. Only living together for a number of years is not a valid proof of marriage, and foreign spouses that are not legally married to an American citizen will not be granted the marriage visa due to the American citizen's ineligibility to sponsor an entry visa

* The petitioner must be over 18 years of age, and will need to sign an Affidavit of Support in order to prove sufficient income to sponsor an entry visa

* The American citizen is required to have a residence within the Unites States.

There is an alternate process to filing a marriage visa petition for those who live outside of the United States, which follows a similar process in the foreign country. The American national should visit his local embassy and should file the petition. The request will pass through the same channels as the marriage visa, the end result being that the foreign national is allowed entrance into the United States.

Many couples will return to American soil directly after the marriage, in order to present the necessary paperwork and expedite the process. Visas for the children of the foreign spouse are also able to obtain a visa, the K-4 visa.

Mortgage Refinance-The easiest way to build your home

Many people have home mortgage loans that were taken out when their financial situation was a lot rosier than is now the case. If you lie awake at night wondering how you are going to keep up with the repayments on your mortgage, it is important to know that there are options you can consider, for example refinancing. Understanding when you should refinance a home loan, and when you should sit tight is not always easy, the following advice should help you to develop a clearer understanding on this important subject.

To start with you should realize that if after cutting back on various expenses you still fall short of the funds needed to keep up with your financial obligations, action does need to be taken. If you were to ignore the problem, it will not got away, in fact you may come home to find an eviction notice on your door.

Most financial experts suggest that refinancing is the best course of action to adopt if the new interest rate drops by at least two per cent. Over the full term of the agreement, this decrease in interest can result in a considerable financial saving, what's more it would allow for less money being needed to be found each month.

If you are considering relocating in the next few years, refinancing may not be the best option. The overall cost of refinancing, and being burdened with a new contract may not be practical. In such a situation, a short sale may be more suitable.

When considering what action to take, it is in your best interest to contact as many different lenders as possible, traditional banks can offer refinance deals but now there are also online companies who can also be worth checking out. You will discover when shopping around that the rates and terms offered can vary greatly, do not get disheartened if at first the refinancing deals are not so suitable.

Qualified financial advisers can be contacted to provide professional assistance to help you make the right decision. Such experts may even be able to negotiate with lenders for you to help you get the best possible deal.

Refinancing a home mortgage loan does not have to be a complicated proposition. As long as you meet certain eligibility criteria, such as earning above a specific threshold, there is no reason to have concerns about whether the application will be approved.

Kenyan Website Hosting is Clumsy

Finding a web hosting in Kenya took me more than days. I should say it took me weeks. I started off with some local providers like the Africa online and Kenya web. But soon found that the Bandwidth I required was not provided. I also came to know that some of my friends and clients in the America were not able to see my website due to the Bandwidth limits. After a lot of procrastination, I came to the conclusion that I should use a provider who is global and not a local provider. At the end of the day it does not matter where I host my website as long as every one around can access it.

So what's all about the Web hosting in Kenya which makes it so bad?

  1. Poor infrastructure.
  2. Very bad customer service
  3. Poor Turn Around time
  4. Google Hardly recognizes my website.
That was enough to tell me that I had to move forward with a decent web hosting provider. But who can give me a decent hosting for a limited budget? I had to pick some Funny Indian company which would probably rip my money off and not provide anything.

I tried a few, some went off the Roof. It was worse than that of Kenya. It was nearly when I gave up that I found a decent web hosting company. The rates they gave were quite decent and payment was accepted through credit cards. Service was Excellent. And for a money back guarantee, I was taking the risk of not losing anything at all.

It worked at last. Today, Kenyan Hosting companies charge a bomb of money for hosting and I get it at a fraction of the amount. 99% up time and much more than anything the Kenyan local company can provide. So why go for a web hosting company in Kenya. Shoot out for someone who will charge you lesser and will of course be worth your while and money.

Women Breast Cancer dynamics

When thinking about the people in life that we love the most; that we try hardest to protect and that we'd be lost without, we tend to think of the women in our lives. It is our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, wives, daughters and other special women that we feel the most protective over. Unfortunately, they are also the people most likely to be diagnosed withe breast cancer. According to the National Cancer Institute, 1 in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

Luckily, breast cancer does not have to be a life sentence. Detecting it early equals a greater chance of survival. Cancer in the breast can be detected by self breast exams (SBE), clinical breast exams (CBE) and mammograms. Taking the time to learn about breast cancer and informing others can help save a life of the people we love.

Self breast exams should be done monthly after the woman's menstrual cycle. There are several steps to performing a SBE. First, without a shirt or bra on, a woman should examine her breasts in the mirror looking for warning signals such as lumps, dimpling, discharge or any other sudden changes in the appearance of the breast. Continue looking at the breasts with both arms above the head. Second, lying down with the right arm overhead, use the three middle fingers of the left hand to feel around the right breast. Starting at the nipple and moving outward, make circular motions around the breast using light pressure, then medium pressure and hard pressure. Next, using the same fingers, feel the breast in lines going up and down the breast from the nipple. Switch the arm and the hand and redo the steps on the left breast. Although doing SBE's is not the recommended method for finding breast cancer, it is highly important in helping women know what is normal for their breast and their body while helping to spot any changes.

To assist in early detection, women over 20 are also encouraged to get clinical breast exams (CBE) by their doctor every three years and every year after age 40. The process of a CBE is much like that of a SBE only it is done by a trained medical professional.

While self breast exams and clinical breast exams are important factors in detecting breast cancer, the most effective tool is a mammogram. Mammograms are recommended yearly for women over 40.

The best detection method is to use all three of this exams together as recommended.

While early detection is helpful to survive breast cancer, there are also steps that can be taken to prevent it. A person can help to prevent breast cancer by limiting alcohol consumption to 1 drink a day, exercising regularly, knowing their body and knowing their family history.

Whitening your teeth within 3 Minutes

The question whether dental teeth whitening is better than getting your teeth whitened from home has to be answer in a different way. While both options are good, you need to make a choice according to your personal preference. Well, here is how you can reach a final decision.

1. The Convenience Factor In case you are a high flying executive who does not have any time for dental visits, you need to choose a home teeth whitener from an online store. On the other hand, if you are a housewife who has ample time at hand, you can always opt for a dental visit.

2. The Monetary Factor In the second case, the monetary factor has a major role to play in the decision making process. If in case you are a very rich person who has no qualms of spending $400 on dental teeth whitening visits, you can head for the dentist any time. On the other, if you are a working individual, who understands the true value of money, you can simply opt for a home teeth whitener and save your hard earned money from going astray.

3. The Time Factor Time has a major role to play in deciding whether you would be able to pay a visit to the local dentist or not.
