I want to assume that this may not be happening in Kenya only.God may have thought so much that he has decided to pull off rains from Kenyan clouds.What i saw this morning confirms it all.Do you know that the Ministry of water is digging a borehole just right in the middle of an highway?
Engineers from the ministry of water are busy drilling a borehole just between the two run-roads Waiyaki way,Next to Museum Hill which are mere 1.5 Metres apart.
I just don't know how they came up with the idea but i think this is very dangerous to guys who use that road especially motorists.
Is it that they didn't find any suitable place to construct a borehole?There are huge junks of land on the other side belonging to the University of Nairobi.
I wonder where they gonna place their water pump......leave alone setting up of supply pump.With all these happening,our politicians from the Rift valley dont realize that Kenya is headed for an environmental mess

Hague not a better option for Kenya
The most popular slang on most Kenyan streets today is the "Hague chorus".I just wonder how any right thinking man who loves his dear country can try to suggest that that is the only option which will gonna solve our problems.
If you gonna ask any literate man out there with passion for his country at heart he will rightfully tell you that all we need is a local tribunal which should come after the Truth,Justice and Reconciliation commission has been formed
I have my reservations why i am not backing the Hague
1.When Ruto tells you that Hague is the way to go,what comes into your mind?
a)That actually he almost sure that there wont be any prosecution
b)He know very there were no war crimes in Kenya,nor was there Genocide
c)Ocampo will have an uphill task to proof that actually we had the likes of Foday Sankoh,Charles Taylor and Jean Piere Bemba in Kenya
2.The moment,the Kenyan case goes to the Hague.....this two will happen:
a)Forget the magical Kenya dream campaign to lure tourists to Kenya which will result into job losses,poor country image,reduced investments and much more.The only guys who gonna enjoy themselves are the suspects.......because they gonna fatten......just like Charles Taylor
b)Rift Valley will be on fire again and so will be Nyanza,Coast and Kibera.More deaths and desperation
Note:if congolese rebel Laurent Nkunda wont be tried at the Hague due to what analysts say lack of evidence,which evidence is there to qualify any Kenyan to be tried at the Hague?
The best way for kenya is the local tribunal and the TJRC

It seems day in day out new applications found their way into facebook.I saw some api which did caught my attention. Developers have now developed an application that can help you get cheap flights and hotels in your locality.
Though in its beta testing,this application is very useful for anybody out there looking for travel deals.The api has been named xabbi by it founder xabbi inc.
The operandi of this api is simple.It goes over numerous travel booking engines and suppliers after you initiate a search for a given area/city or town and then it will bring up 10 results from them starting with the cheapest supplier on the market.

Kenyan Tourism gets a beat as Swine flu cases surge
Kenyan tourism industry has suffered a major blow since the first Swine Flu case was reported in the country.According to kenyan tourist board,Most hotels at the city of Mombasa are running at half bed capacity.Most insiders in the industry belief this is due to the ever increasing cases of Swine flu which are reported in the country.
This is the high season for the kenyan tourism industry and most hotels should be ruuning at full capacity.Swine Flu cases were first reported in Mexico but the flu has since spread to over 110 countries.
Kenya reported its first Sine case almost a fortnight ago but the number of new infection has been rising steadily.Hoteliers at the Kenyan coast of Mombasa have reported cancellations from their customers who had booked and its estimated
that millions of dollars have been lost.Kenya which gets most of its visitors from traditional tourist countries like Italy,Uk and Germany may be contemplating to look for New markets from the East.
For a long time Kenya's Tourism industry had hoped to crack on the American Market but these hopes were dashed three weeks ago when Delta Airlines cancelled their virginh flight to Nairobi at the last minute to what was termed as a security posed by the Al Shabaab Militia which is based in Mogadishu Somalias
